  1. Pre-Orders

    • Any items available for pre-order are expected to ship in March 2025, as soon as they are ready. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  2. In-Stock Items

    • For all items in stock, we aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

  3. Shipping Methods & Costs

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, chosen method, and the size/weight of the items.

  4. International Shipping

    • International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are your responsibility and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

  5. Shipping Delays

    • While we strive to ship orders promptly, unexpected delays (e.g., weather disruptions, holiday backlogs, customs clearance) may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated via email if significant delays arise.
