Return Policy

The Microdose Journal does not allow returns of opened products. Each journal is enclosed in a protective case that must be cut open to begin usage. Once cut, the journal is no longer refundable. 

If unopened, you have 30 days from your order to issue a return on your journal. 

If you recognize a journal as damaged or have any further questions, please contact us right away.

When we confirm your item is returnable, we will issue you a shipping label. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Exchange Policy

When ordering your journal, please double-check your order. Our dispatch team works efficiently to get your packages to you, so we might not be able to change your address or item preference after you submit your order.

If you desire a different journal color, please see our Return Policy and follow the return instructions before ordering your new journal.

In the event that we ship you the wrong journal, please contact us immediately.
